You can’t grow what you don’t measure

Without tracking your numbers, every move you make is just a guess.

I was on a consulting call with one of my clients the other day.

We were going through the results and numbers from the campaign they were running.

Then I started to notice other than revenue he didn’t know their stats and numbers.

And it made me realise how many people do this.

They have a business but all they know is how much they made but not their ACTUAL NUMBERS.

Do you actually know what’s working in your business right now?

But what the numbers are proving.

The truth is If you're not tracking your data, you're not growing - you're just guessing.

I speak to business owners every week who are:

  • Booking calls but not knowing close rate or show-up rate
